Requirements

  • Energy: You have a "stage presence." You’re enthusiastic, motivated, and can inspire someone over the phone or in person.
  • Experience: You have 1+ years of sales experience (hitting quotas and closing deals) and 1+ years in customer service (ideally in fitness, hospitality, or retail).
  • Adaptability: You can pivot from a sales call to a customer service issue without breaking a sweat.
  • Passion: You believe in the power of coaching and want to help athletes of all ages reach their peak performance.

Responsibilities

  • The Lead Specialist: Own the “speed to contact.” You’ll make daily outbound calls to leads, nurturing them through the sales process with urgency and enthusiasm.
  • The Experience Curator: Manage the front desk, greeting every athlete by name, handling check-ins, and ensuring the facility is "game-day ready" at all times.
  • The Closer: Expertly prescribe and sell D1 services, booking free trial workouts and consultations by listening to an athlete's goals and matching them to our programs.
  • The Detail Maven: Maintain flawless records in our CRM, ensuring all client notes, contacts, and schedules are logged correctly.
