The Recruiter and Caregiving Trainee is responsible for recruiting, hiring and supervising the caregivers for the Senior Helpers Caregiving Team. The Recruiter and Caregiving Trainee is an integral part of the customer service team. The right candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced office environment with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently. You must be outgoing, a great listener and engaging. A true people person! Excellent phone skills are mandatory. A positive attitude and friendly demeanor is required! You must have the ability to connect with people both over the phone and in person.
