The Role: We’re hiring an Employer Account Manager (Customer Success Manager) to own a portfolio of employer relationships and drive hiring outcomes end-to-end. You’ll be the day-to-day point person for clients after kickoff—keeping searches moving, ensuring alignment, and delivering a high-quality experience that leads to repeat business. This is an individual contributor role with high ownership and clear, measurable outcomes. What Success Looks Like: • Clients feel informed and supported, with clear next steps and consistent progress • Searches move quickly with strong alignment and minimal churn or resets • High retention and repeat business driven by a great employer experience • Clean internal and external process: tight handoffs, consistent reporting, no dropped balls
