Hours will vary between 8 am-5 pm Tuesday-Saturday, or Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required based upon business needs. Requirements

Experience in RV, automotive, marine, or HVAC repair (preferred but not required)
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A passion for customer service and problem-solving
The RV Technician / Mechanic must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
Considerable knowledge of: Methods, materials, tools and techniques used in vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance.
Considerable knowledge of: Diagnosing mechanical problems and performing repairs.
Considerable knowledge of: Safety practices and procedures.
Working knowledge of: Paint and body work.
Working knowledge of: Mechanical design and fabrication.
Working knowledge of: Electrical systems, including computerized induction/ignition systems.
Skill in: Use of power and hand tools.
Skill in: Use of diagnostic equipment.
Skill in: Operation of vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes.
Ability to: Work varying shifts, weekends and holidays.
Ability to: Effectively handle lifting of various objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
Ability to: Work extended hours out of doors in a variety of weather conditions.
Ability to: Prepare and maintain records and reports.
Ability to: Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other agencies and the public.
Ability to: Follow written and verbal instructions, including manufacturers’ service specifications.
Ability to: Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Experience and/or training in recreational vehicle/construction equipment repair and maintenance shop or any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
