This position will primarily be required to work Wednesday through Sunday, normal days off will be Monday-Tuesday. Other workdays might arise as needed, these additional workdays might include special events, holidays, or coverage during workers absence. This position will occasionally require travel and participation in meetings and trainings. Outdoor physical labor is required. Incumbent must be able to work outdoors under adverse weather conditions and irregular hours. Must be able to navigate stairs, steep slopes, rocky terrain, fore's & brush environments, flat water and swift river water (including boats & docks); all while under possible inclement weather and uneven outdoor work environments. The incumbent must be in good overall physical condition to withstand the rigors and demands of outdoor work. The position will be active May through September to best ensure that the park has adequately trained staff on-site from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. This position will be based near one of Montana's most wonderfully scenic mountain communities, Seeley Lake. With small town charm and a close-knit community that is neatly nestled in a pristine mountain valley where outdoor recreation opportunities abound.
