About The Position
The Recreation Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating recreational activities for teenagers in a group home setting. This role supports the social, emotional, and physical development of residents by providing structured, engaging, and therapeutic recreational programs. The Recreation Specialist works closely with staff to create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where teens can build confidence, develop life skills, and foster healthy relationships.
