About The Position
Realis Gymnastics Academy is actively seeking passionate and dedicated Recreational Gymnastics Coaches to join our team at our Moreno Valley location. This role is perfect for individuals who have a love for working with children and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates who possess high energy and enthusiasm, as these qualities are essential for engaging with our young gymnasts and creating a positive learning atmosphere. While prior coaching experience or gymnastics/tumbling knowledge is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. We believe in nurturing talent and will provide hands-on training to ensure that our coaches are well-equipped to guide and inspire our students. This part-time position primarily involves evening hours, and applicants must be flexible with their schedules to accommodate the needs of our gym and its young athletes. The business hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM.
