Responsibilities Assist with recreational programs that support residents’ mental, physical, and social well-being. Lead activities, transport residents, and encourage participation in group and one-on-one programs. Observe residents for changes, report concerns, and maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality. Follow facility policies, attend trainings, collaborate with staff, and promote a safe, respectful environment. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: Current valid, clean NYS Driver's License (without blemish) with good driving and vision skills required Preferred Registration/Certification: NYS Nurse Aide Certification or COTA preferred Education: High School or equivalent. Employees in job classification prior to 1/22/2010 are grandfathered. Work Experience: Minimum Experience: On the job training. Preferred Experience: One (1) year experience in a clinical health care field, recreation or acceptable position as determined by management. Requirements
