About The Position
River Park Hospital, a leading behavioral health facility located in Huntington, WV, is seeking a PRN Recreation Therapist at the River Park Hospital Location for its adult service programs. This position will work with acute and chronically mentally ill patients within an inpatient psychiatric setting to assess the patient's leisure and recreational habits and then provide therapeutic interventions to improve their daily functioning. The main method of intervention is group modality.
