About The Position
Glen Oaks Hospital is a 54-bed private mental health hospital in a relaxed setting in Greenville, Texas. Our comfortable, homelike atmosphere is conducive to healing for the adults and seniors we treat. For over 30 years, Glen Oaks Hospital has been a leader in the field of mental health and chemical dependency care, and our staff is dedicated to researching the latest treatment approaches and applying this to our overall treatment philosophy. The Recreation Therapist is responsible for planning and implementing activity services for assigned program, which involves defining and implementing treatment goals as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and providing continuous patient care, observation, interaction, and role modeling to patients.
