Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensure the entrance to pool area restricted to guests and club members. Inventory of all supplies at the pool. Including but not limited to: glow items, towels, tiki boats, oars, kayaks, paddle boards, lounge chairs, umbrellas and tables. Supervise opening and closing procedures of Recreation facilities. Supervise evening activities and entertainment under direction of Pool •Experience Manager and Recreation Manager. •Perform other duties (administrative, budgetary, proposals, sales, etc.) as directed by Pool Experience Manager or company policy. Assist with updates on supplies needed, damaged products, unsafe areas and new ideas to improve the recreation department. Be able to enforce all rules. Including but not limited to: Proper uniform, tiki rentals, cleaning outlets appropriately, organizing chairs, monitoring breaks, pool towel policies, etc. Be able to lead special projects that require manual labor. Including but not limited to: moving chairs, cleaning chairs, pool towel distribution, power washing, group recreation and event set ups. Assure cleanliness and organize the following areas: Main Pool, Lagoon, Dolphin Deck, Walkways, Sunset Pool, Tranquility Pool and other areas as needed. Cleaning, maintaining and repairing patio equipment including chairs, umbrellas and beach tables. Monitor and address regulations and safety concerns at the Main Pool, Lagoon, Sunset Pool, Tranquility Pool and other areas as needed. Deep clean deck and floor areas. Issuing and inventorying pool towels. Regular attendance of meetings in conformance with the standards, which may be established and revised by HCR from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Required to work holidays, weekend, day and night shifts as needed.
