This position oversees three City swimming pool facilities and leads all aquatics programming, including swim lessons, lifeguard training, and Jr. Lifeguard Camp. The role manages staff hiring, training, and scheduling; ensures safe, high-quality operations; and oversees facility maintenance and compliance. Additional responsibilities include coordinating pool space and user group contracts, supporting budget and program development, assisting with marketing efforts, and serving as a liaison to community partners. This role plays a key part in creating safe, welcoming, and engaging aquatic experiences for residents. The starting salary range for this position is $52,000 to $62,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
