Recreation staff help to develop and implement programs to stimulate and inspire residents. Will interact with resident groups and individuals to motivate participation and enjoyment. Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Compassionate approach to older adults
Demonstrates ability to read, write and speak English.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in recreational therapy or related field is preferred
Gerontology/Dementia experience preferred
