We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool , Splash Zone , Lazy River , and The Drop . Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout . Our complimentary Kids for All S easons program is also located on the island.

Requirements

Prior experience in Food & Beverage and working outside in a resort setting
Availability of at least 3 shifts per week is preferred.
Able to work outside during high temperatures, and be able to stand and walk for longer than 2-4 hours
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability t o work weekends and holidays.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assisting and serving food, drinks and amenities to guests as they relax in our recreation areas
Execute same level of food knowledge and sequence of service as restaurant servers
