Requirements
- Previous experience in a recreation management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a diverse range of recreational programs and activities.
- Coordinate and manage recreational facilities, including sports courts, pools, fitness centers and spa.
- Lead a team of recreation staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Plan and organize special events, including themed parties and holiday celebrations.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and guest satisfaction.
- Manage the recreation budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and staff.
