Requirements

Previous experience in a recreation management or supervisory role.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, recreation, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a diverse range of recreational programs and activities.
Coordinate and manage recreational facilities, including sports courts, pools, and fitness centers.
Lead a team of recreation staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation.
