Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends (16-20 hours per week)
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead creative, engaging activities based on individual interests
• Support community outings, events, and social experiences
• Encourage participation in arts, fitness, music, and life-enrichment programs
• Promote independence, confidence, and self-expression
• Collaborate with staff to ensure activities align with person-centered goals
• Maintain basic documentation and activity tracking
