About The Position

As a Recreation Intern at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests' experience through exciting recreational activities. From coordinating beach games to assisting with special events, you'll contribute to creating a fun and memorable atmosphere for all.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Recreation Management, Hospitality, Tourism).
• Energetic and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Must enjoy working with kids and leading camps and group activities.
• Contribute to the energetic vibe at any of the recreation outlets, creating a safe and entertaining environment for kids.
• Assist in planning and executing recreational programs and events.
• Coordinate and lead beach activities, sports tournaments, and fun events.
• Engage with guests to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience.
• Collaborate with the recreation team to develop innovative and engaging activities.
• Provide support in maintaining assigned recreational facilities depending on rotation.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to recreation programs.
