About The Position

Provo City is seeking two dependable, responsible, and people-oriented individual for part-time Recreation Facility Supervisor position at Peaks Ice Arena. These roles serve as the night supervisor, overseeing operations and facility management during recreational hours.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Sufficient experience and/or training which would demonstrate an ability to successfully perform the duties of the job.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Customer service experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and staff for the ice arena.
• Ensure the facility and its programs are maintained throughout a scheduled shift including, admissions, rentals, concessions, and general facility maintenance and upkeep.
• Manage patron concerns, safety incidents, and crowd flow.
• Assist full-time personnel and other employees as required.
