This role involves informing guests about facilities, encouraging participation, and managing registrations and schedules. Key responsibilities include promoting a fun and safe atmosphere, enforcing rules, providing cashier services, assisting with private events, and responding to emergencies, including providing first aid until professional medical services arrive. The expert is also responsible for cleaning and maintaining recreational facilities and equipment. The position requires adherence to company policies, maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring confidentiality, and protecting company assets. It emphasizes excellent guest service, including welcoming guests, anticipating needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and communicating professionally. The role also involves teamwork, processing payments, and complying with quality assurance standards. Physical demands include extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, lifting objects up to 25 pounds (and heavier with assistance), fine motor skills, and navigating various physical environments like narrow spaces, uneven surfaces, and stairs.
