About The Position

The Hilton Mystic is seeking a motivated and energetic Recreation Coordinator to join our team in Mystic, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading engaging recreational activities and programs for our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay. Requirements

• Previous experience in recreation coordination, event planning, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Ability to lift equipment and participate in activities as needed.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a variety of recreational activities and events tailored to guests.
• Coordinate indoor and outdoor programs, including games, arts and crafts, and special events.
• Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring all are safe and in good condition.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests of all ages.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and effective program promotion.
• Monitor participation and gather feedback to improve program offerings continually.
