Requirements

Quality guest-facing customer service experience.
Computer operating skills.
Ability to write and communicate fluently in English is essential to the role.
Availability to work a flexible schedule that would include mornings, weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Most importantly a service heart to deliver a high level of service to our guests!

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in hotels and or physical activities planning/coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, promote, publicize, and facilitate all activities and programs for the spa/salon/fitness center/health club.
Perform receptionist duties including, but not limited to, answering telephones, taking, and relaying messages, processing and recording financial transactions, scheduling appointments and stocking and maintaining supplies, as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of work area in accordance with federal, state, local and company standards.
Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure.
