You’ll be the go-to person for making sure everyone is having a blast, staying safe, and enjoying every minute of their stay. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Amazing communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people.
  • Physically active and able to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions.

  • Any experience in fitness, pools, or kids’ activities.

Responsibilities

  • Be the heart of the fitness center by keeping everything running smoothly, ensuring our gym equipment is clean, maintained, and ready for action.
  • Help guests with equipment use, offering friendly tips and guidance to make their workout experience top-notch.
  • Lead energizing fitness classes and activities that will have guests coming back for more!
  • Keep a watchful eye on the pool area to ensure everyone’s safe while having fun.
  • Maintain the pool’s cleanliness and make sure it’s sparkling and inviting.
  • Answer guest questions about pool amenities and organize exciting poolside events that make a splash!
  • Create a magical experience for kids by leading fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
  • Ensure a safe and lively atmosphere where kids can explore, play, and make memories.
  • Keep parents in the loop with regular updates on their child’s adventures in the club!
  • Be the friendly face our guests can rely on! Greet and assist with a smile that makes them feel right at home.
  • Handle guest concerns with grace and professionalism, turning any situation into a positive experience.
  • Share the magic of our resort by providing information about our recreational facilities and amenities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to make sure everything runs like clockwork—because teamwork makes the dream work!
  • Keep the communication flowing with colleagues to make sure everyone’s in sync on schedules and activities.
  • Be an active participant in training sessions and staff meetings, continuously learning and growing in your role.
