We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing, and guest-focused Seasonal Recreation Attendant who’s ready to bring sunshine, good vibes, and unforgettable fun to every guest experience. Requirements
- Outgoing personality with strong guest service skills
- Comfortable speaking on a microphone and engaging crowds
- Ability to work outdoors in warm weather
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and stay active throughout shifts
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of recreational activities and sports (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Host and lead poolside games, contests, and daily activity programming
- Engage guests of all ages with high-energy enthusiasm
- Set up and break down recreation equipment and event materials
- Ensure recreational areas are clean, organized, and safe
- Make announcements with confidence and island flair
- Assist with special seasonal events and themed parties
- Promote resort activities and encourage guest participation
- Maintain safety standards and report any concerns promptly
