Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
Requirements
- Must possess exceptional guest service skills
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other team members
- Must possess an outgoing personality, upbeat attitude, and be task oriented
- Must be able to work in various conditions
- Must be fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Greet all guests entering and leaving the pool area
- Delivers outstanding Guest service while providing high quality nail services in accordance with established company procedures
- Constant walk-through of pool area to ensure it is clean and organized
- Inspects entire pool area; notifying management of any issues that need to be corrected
- Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
