Assist with daily operations and promotion of recreational activities and events Ensure proper setup of sporting equipment and facilities Assist with equipment inventory and quality control Assist with emergency procedures Document and report any program-related issues Supply a nightly report of activities Provide good customer service Report to Intramural Assistant Manager

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1 Year Related Experience
• Referee experience and/or relevant sport experience required (2-3 years)
• Knowledge of French and English
• authorized to work in Canada
• willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based / located

Nice To Haves

• Experience with the McGill Intramural Community (asset)
• Familiarity with Intramural management platforms (asset)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with participants
