About The Position
The position involves performing and assisting in the operation and maintenance of recreational facilities. Responsibilities include circulating among patrons to ensure satisfactory service, resolving customer complaints, providing information and instructions on safety and equipment use, issuing tools and equipment, and inspecting returned items. The role also includes assisting in directing patrons, scheduling equipment use, checking inventories, and maintaining cleanliness in assigned work areas. The incumbent will participate in activities and special events, perform minor repairs, adhere to safety regulations, and manage cash during tours. Additional duties may include operating vehicles and traveling away from JBER as required.
