The Recreation and Fitness Center is responsible for providing programs designed to reduce stress, improve health and fitness, foster connection and socialization and are convenient and cost effective. We are able to meet employees where they are on their journey with a variety of programs in the areas of Sports, Recreation & Leisure, Fitness, Wellness, Team Building and On-site Services and Discounts. As an intern, you might: Lead fitness and wellness classes (HIIT, strength, yoga, Pilates, etc.) Develop individual personal training programs. Design and assist with sports and recreational activities Design aquatics programs and lead aquatics classes. Perform general office duties and assist with the general maintenance of facilities

Requirements

• You are an undergraduate student studying Exercise Science, Health Science, Kinesiology, Human Performance, Recreation and Leisure studies, Parks and Recreation, Sports Medicine; not graduating prior to December 202 6 .
• You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Your past experiences demonstrate you’ll take initiative and go above and beyond the call of duty.
• You’re interested in the future of Analytics and embrace technology

• Certifications in group exercise, yoga, and/or personal training

Responsibilities
