About The Position

Quantum Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring for Per diem Recreation Aide's The ideal candidate: Must be reliable, fun and engaging for Resident activities. Will be available weekdays and weekends Long term care experience preferred. Must be upbeat, energetic and have a caring personality. Must be reliable Must work as a team player Musical/ Artistic talent is a plus

Requirements

High School Diploma
More education or experience with nursing homes, short-term rehabilitation, recreational activities, event planning, or related may be preferred.
Physical fitness's, ability to walk, dance, stand, lift, or meet other physical demands.
Adaptability and strong organization and time management skills.
Excellent resource management and record-keeping
Patience and compassion when dealing with others, especially those who are sick, injured, elderly, or from different backgrounds.
Flexibility to work when needed, especially some evenings, weekends and holidays.
Willingness to adhere to and enforce all safety policies and procedures.
