About The Position
Chantilly Heights is looking for a vibrant and energetic Recreation Aide to join our team! This position is full time and would require flexible hours with weekend availability! In this role you will be expected to: Interact with residents and understand their needs and limitations with respect and empathy Lead and engage in diverse activities that cater to a wide range of interest and abilities Encourage the participation and social interaction of residents during group activities Monitor the outcome of an activity ensuring positive feedback and engagement Provide individual attention to residents based upon his or her needs or interest
