About The Position
BINGO! We have just the job for you! Chantilly Heights is looking for a vibrant and energetic Recreation Aide to join our team! In this role you will be expected to: Interact with residents and understand their needs and limitations with respect and empathy Lead and engage in diverse activities that cater to a wide range of interest and abilities including but not limited to arts and crafts, games, ect. Encourage the participation and social interaction of residents during group activities Monitor the behaviors and outcomes of an activity ensuring positive feedback and engagement Provide individual attention and planning to residents based upon his or her needs or interests, honoring residents' is our specialty!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Responsible

- Enjoys leading group activities
