About The Position

The gorgeous Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, Grand Wailea, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Recreation Team! Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4Star, AAA 4Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and inroom dining. As an Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to department managers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsibilities

  • Email out schedules for the Recreation staff
  • Perform wordprocessing, typing, emailing, dataentry, filing, faxing, copying, processing mail and taking notes and/or dictation
  • Answer telephones
  • Expedite correspondence
  • Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed
