The Wilderness Club at Big Cedar is looking for a Recreation Activities Supervisor who can bring energy, creativity, and outstanding service to our owners and guests. Requirements

• Minimum 1 Year Resort Recreation or related field required.
• Lifeguard certification OR acquire after hired, demonstrated swimming competency

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience preferred
• Lifeguard experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid certified or acquire after hired

Responsibilities

• Lead fun, interactive activities for guests of all ages
• Supervise lifeguards and keep the pool area safe and inviting
• Support the Recreation Manager with scheduling, training, and team development
• Help create a lively, welcoming environment where memories are made
