Westaff is seeking a Receptionist for a non-profit organization in Helena, MT. This position is initially for 3+ months but may become permanent for the right fit. The role involves providing a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while managing various administrative tasks.

  • Warmly greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with a welcoming and respectful attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel, and providing accurate information about our services.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the administrative team to support various office tasks, including data entry and filing.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting reception area/lobby.
  • Print, copy, scan, and compile documents.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional office administration training is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and inclusivity.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
