About The Position

The Recovery Support Technician will support clients with a substance use disorder in the Washington County Diversion Programs by completing drug and alcohol tests with participants according to best practice standards and supporting other prosocial activities and community engagement. Perfect part time job for someone who might want to work in the field of addiction services; perfect for a college student working on your SAC or SAC-IT as Elevate can provide your supervision. Elevate can support you to obtain your Certified Peer Support Specialist licensure if applicable. Location: 1626 Clarence Court, West Bend Hours: Weekends- Saturday & Sunday 9:30-11:30am; additional opportunities for hours during the week up to 10 hours a week Salary Range: $16-18 per hour OUR MISSION: Elevate guides and empowers individuals, families and communities to effectively address substance use and mental health challenges. Requirements

  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • Pre-employment criminal background check, employment background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

  • Performing observed drug and alcohol tests for participants.
  • Closely work with the case management team to help meet program goals and objectives.
  • Data entry into the electronic health system.
  • Meet with and talk to participants to support their recovery goals.
