About The Position
The Recovery Support Supervisor at the Area Substance Abuse Council (ASAC) is responsible for overseeing the Recovery Support Staff at a women's residential treatment center in Cedar Rapids. This role involves supervising, training, and guiding staff to ensure excellent patient care for adult women seeking treatment for substance use disorder. The supervisor will work closely with the clinical team and manage various operational aspects of the treatment program.
