The Recovery Support Supervisor is responsible for supervising the 24/7 team and monitoring the functional operation of Residential Programs and facilities in accordance with DMHA, Department of Child Services, and VOA policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 – 3 years of previous behavioral health and supervisory experience.
• Good recordkeeping skills.
• Strong math skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Leadership skills.

• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the 24/7 team.
• Monitor the functional operation of Residential Programs and facilities.
