BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Recovery Support Specialist to join our outstanding and compassionate team in New Port Richey! Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health Community Recover Center Location:  New Port Richey ,Pasco County Status: Full-Time Shift Hours: Varies Weekend Work: None On Call: No The Recovery Support Specialist is responsible for: Working as an integral member of the assigned program providing coaching and navigation support in the areas of recovery and activities of daily living to adults, children and families receiving services. Performing side by side mentoring, coaching, education and training in the office, the home and community based settings. Participating in all aspects of the treatment team including team meetings and case conferences. Working to help persons attain objectives and goals in their individual plans of care. Understanding the local service delivery and self-help system for behavioral health. May maintain & manage assigned caseload contingent on needs, strengths, abilities & preferences of the individual and family served. Travel is required. Requirements

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Driver's License
  • High School or Equivalent
  • 2 years of Recovery experience is required

Nice To Haves

  • Associates in behavioral health preferred
