About The Position
The Recovery Supervisor provides support for the Benefits Coordination & Recovery Center (BCRC) and is responsible for all activities related to the scope of work within established operating procedures. This position ensures all duties are completed by delegating work to subordinates based on knowledge and skill ability. The Recovery Supervisor works closely with superiors to ensure compliance of all tasks as well as productivity and quality goals are met for the department. Medicare (MSP) experience is required for this position. The Recovery Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the correspondence processing departments based on a 1:18 ratio. Responsible for ensuring work assignments are achieved accurately and according to production standards. Responsible for management of personnel, approval of timesheets, and any disciplinary actions necessary. Ensures processing staff are fully trained and effective. This position is fully remote. Medicare (MSP) experience is required for this position.
