About The Position

At Nova Recovery Center, we believe recovery isn’t just possible — it’s powerful. And you can be part of that transformation. We’re hiring a Recovery Specialist to join our dedicated team at Briarwood Detox, located in North Austin. Here, compassionate care meets clinical excellence in a setting designed to support clients through one of the most important turning points of their lives. This isn’t just a position — it’s a chance to stand on the front lines of hope. Every shift is an opportunity to guide, encourage, and witness real change as clients take their first courageous steps toward lasting recovery. If you’re looking for more than a job — if you want purpose, professional growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact every single day — your next chapter starts here. This isn’t a desk job — it’s a mission. You’ll be on the front lines of the recovery journey, supporting clients as they work through early sobriety and reconnect with hope. Nova takes care of its people — because great care starts with great staff. Recovery is life-changing — and so is this role. If you’re ready to help others rebuild their lives and grow in your own career, we want to hear from you.
