Services include group and individual therapy, employment counseling, relapse prevention, anger management, life skills training, daily self-help meetings and more. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience working with substance use population is preferred
- Valid MA Driver's License in good standing preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.
- Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30 minute client well-being checks.
- Conducts telephone admission screenings as well as other admissions duties.
- Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge, or as otherwise directed by supervisor.
- Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and record keeping in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
