About The Position

Because healing doesn’t clock out at 5:00. YSS is looking for a compassionate and dedicated PM Shift Lead for our Ember Recovery Campus. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of youth through structure, support, and therapeutic care. This is a PM position, which means an evening schedule of 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • One year of related experience
  • This role involves travel, including transporting clients. To meet YSS insurance requirements, you must:
  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license
  • Maintain a clean driving record
  • Carry insurance that meets YSS coverage standards

Responsibilities

  • Build supportive, therapeutic relationships with youth clients
  • Maintain structure, uphold rules, and ensure consistent consequences
  • Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to meet client needs
  • Oversee evening operations and documentation
  • Supervise and provide feedback to Recovery Specialists
  • Partner with leadership on performance evaluations and staff development
  • Communicate with families and case workers as needed
  • Participate in on-call rotation and maintain required training
