About The Position
Center for Human Development, (CHD), will be hosting a hiring event on Friday, February 6, 2026 from 11am-3pm . We are seeking Experienced Recovery Specialist’s and a Med Specialist to work at CHD’s Grace House, a residential recovery home located in Northampton, MA. All qualified candidates will be called after applying to schedule a reserved interview time to meet with a hiring manager with potential for an on-the-spot job offer!
Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma required, associate’s degree or higher
- Must have a minimum of 2 years working in the substance use/mental health field
- Written and verbal communication skills are critical as is the ability to work with computers
- All positions require background screening including a CORI
- Candidates should have a valid driver's license (all drivers under the age of 21 must have 3 years of driving history), as well as a reliable vehicle
- Med Specialist must have one year of working experience with medications or MAP or MOP certification, associate degree preferred
Nice To Haves
- Those holding CPR/First Aid and MAP certification a plus
