About The Position
The Recovery Specialist III is responsible for: Maintaining primary responsibility for the safety and security of residents and staff on the assigned shift. Ensuring that behavior management protocols are applied consistently. Overseeing Recovery Specialist I and Recovery Specialist II personnel. Maintaining the orderliness of the program milieu by ensuring adherence to structure and schedules. Working mandatory overtime to meet program needs.
Requirements
- Two to four years or equivalent experience with at-risk youth preferred.
- Ability to assess a situation independently and deal with youth emergency and crisis situations.
- Maturity and problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate effectively and authoritatively are essential qualities of the position.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
