About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in body care, wellness, or a related field.
• Sales experience with a proven ability to educate and recommend products/services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dynamic environment and provide outstanding guest service.
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and wellness tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests on a range of recovery services, including the Hydro Wave Table, Red Light Therapy, Compression Boots, and Stretch Services.
• Assist guests in maximizing their recovery experience by guiding them through the services.
• Provide product and service recommendations to promote wellness and encourage future visits.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming recovery space, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Build positive relationships with guests to enhance their experience and encourage continued membership.
