About The Position

The Recovery Skip Trace Specialist is responsible for investigating and preventing financial losses within the company, typically related to charge offs. This is accomplished with skip tracing, and occasionally target calling charged off accounts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• 2 years customer service or skip tracing experience required
• Financial industry experience preferred
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) candidates preferred
• Attention to detail and accuracy required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment

Responsibilities

• Skip tracing to include TLOs and internet research for assigned accounts
• Spotting trends on charged off loans when Skip Tracing
• Target calling accounts, when necessary
