Centerstone is among the nation’s leading nonprofit behavioral health systems. This position provides evidence-based individual and group clinical interventions both in the office and community settings to develop trusting relationships with clients. The Recovery Coach engages with clients to help them discuss substance use and its effects on mental and physical health and daily functioning. They aid clients in setting their own goals for treatment, developing plans to reduce or abstain from substance use, and learning healthy coping skills. The role involves building rapport and a therapeutic relationship with clients to introduce them to all elements of a healthy recovery.
