The Recovery Coach provides person-centered, non-clinical recovery support to individuals seeking or maintaining recovery from substance use and/or co-occurring challenges. This role focuses on 1:1 support, resource navigation, advocacy, and community engagement, meeting individuals where they are and walking alongside them in their recovery journey. Recovery Coaches utilize their training—and their lived experience—to empower members, reduce barriers to care, and connect individuals to essential community resources that support long-term recovery, wellness, and stability.
