Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide)

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and communicating with clients
• Providing rehabilitation groups under supervision
• Supporting client ADL's if needed
• Assisting in crisis intervention
• Ensuring proper care for clients including appropriate documentation per policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience as applicable in a psychiatric setting
• In the absence of two years of experience, training may be substituted based on the in-service plan for 52 hours
• Valid CA Driver's License and successful completion of a DMV driving history check
