The Recovery Clerk is responsible for providing members with prompt and courteous service and assistance, replenishing and stocking merchandise, and keeping the sales floor clean, neat and fully organized. Team Members are expected to carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, support club policies, procedures and compliance, act with honesty and integrity, lead with the member in mind, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, work as a team, move with speed and agility, innovate and adapt, and maintain a friendly and positive attitude. They are also expected to deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, and ensure a safe and positive experience for members. Daily commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate) and Fast, Friendly Full, Fresh, Clean Club Standards are essential. Team members should work with commitment and pride to deliver GOLD club standards daily, ensuring all items are stocked, promotional plans executed, visible accurate signage, and a clean and organized club. Understanding how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for the department and seeing the connection between consistent execution and positive business impact is also part of the role.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance.
• Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise, including milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food items.
• Ensure proper and accurate signage of merchandise.
• Keep the sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized.
• Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise.
• Remove empty cardboard from the sales floor, shelves, and display cases, and replenish box bins.
• Use cardboard baler to dispose of cardboard.
• Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
• Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Support the application of club policies, procedures, and compliance.
• Act with honesty and integrity and lead with the member in mind to address any and all concerns and to escalate any concerns, as appropriate.
• Ensure a safe and positive environment for members and team members.
• Embrace inclusion and diversity, by working together with collaboration and respect.

• Work with commitment and pride to deliver GOLD- Grand opening look daily, ensuring all items are stocked and promotional plans executed.
• Maintain visible accurate signage and keep the club clean and organized, inside and out.
• Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.

• Maintain regular, predictable, and full attendance.
